A delicious, smooth, fast Alfredo that packs a protein punch. You will need a high powered blender (we use a Vitamix) or a Food Processor to blend the ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened regular Almond milk (may use other milk products)

Vitamix Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix blender
  2. Blend until smooth and mixture has heated up
  3. One serving is 1/2 of a cup. Pour over pasta and serve.
Other blender/Food Processor Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender/food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Transfer contents into a saucepan and heat until warm.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
