Vitamix Directions
  1. Place all ingredients except for the coconut oil in your Vitamix blender.
  2. Heat skillet at medium heat, using coconut oil to grease skillet.
  3. Turn Vitamix on low and gradually move up to high and blend for about 10 - ­30 seconds until smooth. Using the tamper if needed.
  4. Pour batter into skillet and cook pancakes
Traditional Instructions
  1. Using a personal blender with a flat blade, grind oatmeal into flour like consistency.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine oat flour with whole wheat flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Stir.
  3. Mash the bananas with a fork and whisk in almond milk and vanilla OR puree them in a personal blender with the almond milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir until combined. There may be chunks remaining from the bananas.
  5. Pour batter in a preheated skillet and cook over medium heat.

  3. Sliced strawberries and banana’s
  4. Fresh blueberries
  5. Pineapple cut in small chunks and mixed with berries
