Indulgent Chocolate Pudding with a hint of Cinnamon
This delicious pudding has a deep, luxurious chocolate flavor with a hint of cinnamon. For a more milk-chocolate flavor decrease the unsweetened chocolate by half.

Instructions
  1. Melt the unsweetened chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. With processor/blender running, drizzle in the chocolate-oil mixture
  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Recipe Notes

As this pudding chills it becomes thicker & creamier like a chocolate frosting. In fact, it can be used as frosting on cupcakes!
