This low carb Alfredo sauce is made with cottage cheese. It can be made in a powerful blender (like a VitaMix) or a food processor.

Vitamix Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix blender
  2. Blend until smooth and mixture has heated up
  3. One serving is 1/2 of a cup. Pour over pasta and serve.
Other blender/Food Processor Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender/food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Transfer contents into a saucepan and heat until warm.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
