You can substitute an additional teaspoon of garlic powder if you don’t have fresh garlic in the house. This recipe yields servings that are just under 2 Tablespoons and just barely has any carbs. Note that if you buy store-bought kefir your carbs will be a little closer to 1 gram per serving. If you don’t have Kefir, simply substitute heavy whipping cream.
