My produce delivery came today from Prudent Produce and I instantly saw the makings for Pico De Gallo! To make this recipe you’ll need 3-4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, Olive or Avocado Oil, 1 lime or Young Living Lime Essential Oil, salt, and optionally dried or fresh cilantro and jalopeno.
