Deviled Egg Wasa Snack

With left­over hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, I came up with this variation on deviled eggs. This high protein snack has a bit of crunch which proves satisfying to the tastebuds!

This is a fun snack where I’ve made deviled egg filling and put it on a wash cracker. It’s a great “clean eating” appetizer! Make it for yourself or adjust the recipe and make it for a crowd!

  • Cut and mash the hardboiled egg until crumbly.
  • Mash in 1 TBS of plain greek yogurt and mustard to taste.
  • Once you are satisfied with your taste­test, spoon mixture onto a Wasa cracker and sprinkle with paprika!


Serve on your favorite hearty cracker (such as Wasa) or in a romaine lettuce leaf for a touch of brightness!
