Greek Yogurt Bowl

A former ice­ cream junkie, I created this greek yogurt bowl to satisfy my sweet tooth. Now, instead of the ice cream ­­I experiment with different delicious toppings for my greek yogurt bowl! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do in our home.

This is a quick and easy snack—if you use frozen fruit—it will freeze the yogurt and you’ll have some instant healthy Greek fro-yo!

  • In a 4 cup bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, vanilla extract , almond milk and sweetener.
  • Top with chia seed, granola and fruit.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different flavor combinations. Other topping suggestions:
1. Hemp Seed
2. Unsweetened coconut flakes
3. Raw cashews, almonds, pecans or other nuts
4. Cinnamon sprinkled on top
5. Mix in Cinnamon Bark Oil to the greek yogurt to add extra flavor
