The key to creating the perfect keto friendly lemonade was in finding a natural alternative to sugar without any weird aftertaste.
Bocha Sweet is a superfood alternative to sugar. It's made from the Kabocha Pumpkin which is predominately grown in Asia. This pumpkin has a high pentose concentration which is where the sweet taste comes from!
