Healthy Lemon/Lime Fruit Dip

This refined sugar free lemon-lime fruit dip is light and refreshing. We enjoy it with sliced apples, pears and strawberries.

  • 1 pkg Mori Nu Soft Tofu
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 5 drops Young Living Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
  • 3 drops Young Living Lime Vitality Essential Oil


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
  • Process until smooth & creamy
  • Chill at least 4 hours
  • Serve as a light & fluffy pudding or a delicious fruit dip.
