Recently I've been trying to reduce my consumption of dairy and have been working on dairy-free keto coffee creamer recipes.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix until Bocha Sweet is completely dissolved (2-3 minutes)
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Shake before each use.
  • Shelf life is about three weeks!

The Perfect Dairy Free Keto Vanilla Coffee Creamer


I've found that the perfect dairy free keto coffee creamer is a very individual thing.

Some like it sweet….

If you like your coffee heavily sweetened, increase the amount of keto friendly sweetener you use in this recipe.

Some like it not-so-sweet…

This describes me. I add only a tablespoon of Bocha Sweet to my creamer and find it perfect.

If you aren't sure– start with less and add more until you're satisfied with that cup of coffee you're holding.

What Substitutions Will Work?


Keto Sweetener Substitutions

If you haven't already tried Bocha Sweet, I highly recommend you do.

It's a superfood alternative sweetener made from a Japanese pumpkin called the Kabocha pumpkin.

Most alternative sweeteners will work in this recipe. If I had to choose one, I would go with Liquid Stevia Drops. You can use Monk Fruit Sweetener, Xylitol or a blend like Swerve.
