This keto friendly pizza sauce freezes up nicely.
You may want to double the batch, and then freeze in small containers for use later on!
I've been doing this because I'm working on a cauliflower pizza crust recipe and like to have low carb pizza sauce made up and ready to go for testing!
Ingredients for Low Carb Pizza Sauce
Here are the keto ingredients I've used in this recipe:
- Can of crushed tomatoes
- Bocha Sweet (or other sugar substitute)
- MCT Oil
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt

Low Carb Pizza Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to burn the tomatoes.
- Cool the sauce and use on keto pizza as desired.
- Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Store this keto pizza sauce in the freezer in small containers so it's ready to go when the craving for pizza strikes!
