In the hot summer months, I just love the creamy, crunchy, tanginess of chilled keto coleslaw.

Fortunately, making your own is very easy with the right ingredients and a little know-how. My secret ingredient in this recipe is a new super-food sweetener called Bocha Sweet.

It's a granulated sugar substitute made from the Kabocha Pumpkin. These super-food pumpkins have a high pentose content. It turns out that pentose is REALLY good for our body! Pentose can be metabolized as a pure source of cell energy.

Even Better? It works great in this keto coleslaw recipe.

The dressing by itself is approximately 98% fat, 1% carb and 1% protein.

  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon Juice
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Ground Celery Seed
  • Ground Black Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoon BochaSweet
  • 1 ยฝ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed, ground
  • ยผ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • ยฝ teaspoon salt
  • 8 cups cabbage, shredded

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended.
  • Toss with 8 cups of shredded coleslaw.
