I know many of you have been waiting for me to perfect and post this one!!

It's no mistake that it's just in time for the kickoff of football season.

Now if the weather would just start feeling like football season 😉

This keto queso dip is a clear winner for all of  your gatherings & potlucks this fall.

Pair it with pork rinds or whip up my Keto Nacho Chips. Then grab a few bags of traditional chips for the non-ketoers in your life and you're all set!

Easy Keto Queso Dip

This easy Keto Queso Dip Recipe is perfect for social gatherings because you can bring chips and pork rinds to provide a treat for everyone 🙂 This is on my football night dip list for sure!

  • Melt together in microwave or cook in crockpot
  • 80% fat, 5% Carb, 15% Protein
  • Cook in crockpot on high for 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite pork rinds!

The Perfect Keto Queso Dip

This Keto Queso Dip Recipe is the perfect blend of cream cheese, cream, rotel, green chili’s and shredded cheese.

I’ve added a little heat with some optional Red Pepper Flakes. If you aren’t a fan of “spicy”, omit these!

This recipe allows for substitutions easily. Swap out pepperjack for Monterrey jack or your favorite low carb cheese!

Get The Ingredients Used In Keto Queso Dip!

Most of these ingredients can be found at your local supermarket but I’ve linked them here for your convenience!

One thing you probably DO want to order online are pork rinds! They are much more economical online.

This dip also pairs well with my Nacho Chip Recipe!

  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes

How To Make Homemade Keto Queso Dip

  • 1 lb shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 2, 8 oz bricks full fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1, 10 oz can rotel with green chilis
  • 1, 4 oz can green chilis
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Melt together in microwave or cook in a 3 quart Crockpot Making the Keto Queso Dip
