These keto salami roll ups are easy to make and soooo tasty!

I should have called these "disappearing keto salami roll ups" because they don't last long around our home.

To make things easier, soften your cream cheese either by leaving it out on the counter for a few hours or warming it in the microwave.

When purchasing salami, ask about the ingredients and avoid salami with sugar near the beginning of the ingredients list.

If you ask, your deli should help you find a lower sugar option.

You will find sugar in most processed meats as it's used as a curing agent.

The nutrition information is for the entire recipe ans is a rough estimate. Your final information will depend on the salami you choose. The sugar you see here is due to the lactose in the cream cheese.
These will be roughly 1 carb per-roll-up if your batch makes 16-24 roll ups. For less carbs, use less cream cheese!! You can make these with half the called for cream cheees.
I recommend using Cronometer if you are strict keto to calculate the facts with your specific ingredients.
